The renewal would keep the Training Provider Registry in place until 2030. Comments are due December 21, 2026, under Docket FMCSA-2026-3334.
FMCSA has opened a 60-day comment period on the renewal of the information collection that powers the Training Provider Registry (TPR). The registry is the system through which entry-level driver training providers register and report when a driver-trainee has completed required training. The collection has been in effect since February 7, 2022, and this notice is a routine renewal, not a new rule.
