Consent to Electronic Records

By checking the box, you agree that ROMOTANA and Pro Fuel Card may give you notices, disclosures, agreements and other records about this application, your fuel card account and your membership electronically — on this website and by email to the address you verified — and that you may sign them electronically.

Paper copies. You may ask for a paper copy of any record at any time by emailing office@romotana.org. There is no charge.

Withdrawing your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing office@romotana.org. If you do, records will no longer be sent to you electronically; an application in progress may then take longer, and some steps will have to be completed on paper.

What you need. A current web browser on a phone or computer, an email account, and a way to save or print a PDF.

Keeping your address current. If your email address changes, write to office@romotana.org so that records reach you.

Your confirmation. By checking the box, you confirm that you can read this page, that you can save or print it, and that you consent to receive records and to sign electronically as described above.
